Abandoned (For Not-So-Long!!)

Hey guys, Mackenzie here. I know I sound a little sad, but yes! Unfortunately, today my BFF’S and I got in a HUGE fight!
It started when..
We were having our first sleepover together and Bubblegum’s house, and watching funny movies and eating junk snacks and soda. Then, I decided to grab some cushions from Bubblegum’s room upstairs, and she allowed. But on the way up, I saw Micheal, her older brother. He had always had a big crush on me, and finally, glad to see me alone, he pulled me forward and kissed me. I was gonna back away because of Marcus, who I OBVIOUSLY loved! I didn’t like Micheal!
‘MAC!!’
Too LATE!! Gosh darn it! Before I could pull away, Bubblegum stormed up and found out. She gasped.
‘You are NOT dating my brother!’ She screamed.
‘Bubblegum, listen! I wasn’t–‘
‘STOP!’ Tears dripped down her face.
Nature and Lucia came to comfort her, and Nature placed her hand on one hip. ‘Why were you irritating her, Mackenzie? She’s your friend, and you KNOW she’s protective of Micheal!’
I gaped. ‘Look, Miss Know-It-All, you’re not the BOSS, okay? You ALWAYS take her side. You ALWAYS skate with her. I wish you’d BACK OFF of her and give her some PEACE!!’
I froze. Why did I just say that?
‘Nature! Wait, I’m so–‘
But Nature scowled, angry and upset, and then gave me the sign to GET OUT.
I grabbed my duffel bag and ran back home.

The next day, all three girls ignored me. Lisa, obviously happy about it, kept smirking ALL day. Ugh!!
At lunch, we sat together, the boys and I, and they looked confused about our fight.
The bell rang, and I quickly darted toward the next class.
Then, I saw a text.
CutiePie> I know what’s going on. Don’t worry. Meet in the bathroom now to talk. XX
Confused, I headed for the bathroom. When I turned the corner, though, I saw Lisa and her minions smirking.
My heart pounded. I turned around to run, but I felt a sharp tug on my hair as Lisa pulled me into a stall and locked it.
‘NO! HELP!’ I screamed, but Amy clasped her hand over my mouth.
Lisa smirked. ‘Idiot! Let’s glam you up.’
She took out a roll of bandage, and I knew I was in for it, when I heard frantic knocking.
‘Lisa, BACK OFF of Mackenzie!’
MY FRIENDS?! I sent a silent thanks to them, then shoved Lisa out of the way. She fell into the toilet, and I laughed before opening the door.
I looked at Bubblegum. ‘Please. I swear, HE kissed ME. I like Marcus, okay?’
She sighed. ‘You dummy….’
‘IT WAS A PRANK!!’
I gasped.
‘OMG! Just..OMG!’ I muttered.
Then they hugged me, and all my worries washed away.
