The Party

Oh hey, Bubblegum here!!
Over the holidays, me and my BFF’s hung out sat the beach, mall, shops, and everywhere else. I even got a job! With Mackenzie! We now worked at a popular clothing store called Teen Style. YES! It was what I’d dreamed of!
One day, me and Mackenzie were folding some shirts and jeans, and chatting over our clothing choices for our first day.
Mackenzie turned to me. ‘You know, we could use our salary and staff discount here to buy a new dress for the first day party. They’re throwing it at Lisa’s house, but we’re invited. EVEN if it’s the mean queen’s lair,’ She giggled.
I sighed. ‘I don’t know. Can we trust her NOT to humiliate us?’
She rolled her eyes. ‘Jasper will be there!’
My eyes lit up. I turned to her. ‘Let’s shop ‘till we drop, girlfriend!’
We were browsing through racks of cute outfits and jeans, when a flash of red caught my eye. I ran over to the rack to find one last dress remaining- It was red and was a gorgeous slit dress, and I grabbed it and ran into the changing rooms.
When I came out, Mackenzie’s jaw dropped, and I giggled as she gushed over the outfit. I scanned hers- It was a stunning shade of pink, which complemented her skin tone and gorgeous blond hair beautifully.
We purchased it, and then chatted about the party. I was really excited!!
Finally, I went home and collapsed on the bed. Suddenly, the doorbell rang. Running to grab it, I opened it to find..Jasper! He was even more handsome than before.
His blue eyes met mine. I blushed. ‘Wanna come up to my room?’ I said.
‘Sure!’ He ran up the stairs and entered. He then sat on the bed with me. I turned to him, and I don’t know how, but the next minute we were kissing. Then Micheal, my older brother, walked in. Ugh!
He smirked and quickly went out again.
Me and Jasper then kissed again, and his arms were around me strongly as I stayed in them. Finally, we pulled away, smiling at each other. He held my face in his hands, then leaned forward again and kissed me one last time. I smiled into the kiss. ‘Jasper, I love you so much.’
He pulled back, then smiled back at me. ‘Same!’
We laughed, and it was the best time ever.

The next day was the party. In the evening, I got changed, and drove to Lisa’s house. Over there in the backyard, I saw a giant pool, with Lisa in the center, in a pale blue dress, smirking.
I ignored her. Looking around, I saw Jasper, looking super hot. his white hair was tied back in a long, flowing ponytail, and his blue eyes crinkled at the sides as he laughed with Theo, Marcus, and Jackson.
I smiled, and walked over. when my friends saw me, they hugged me and then turned to Jasper, who leaned in and kissed me. We then all headed to the pool, where Lisa stood, still grinning. I saw Jasper do a once-over on her, and I felt a vine of envy climbing through me. But then, Jasper turned to me and kissed me again. I didn’t have anything to worry about.
After dinner, Jasper offered to drop me home, and I nodded. We were in his car, when suddenly, I saw flashing headlights, and I heard a blood-curdling scream. I then realized it was from me.
Then it all went black.
